The Arlberg. The central area to the ski paradise, assured snow conditions and diverse winter activities on offer. Between 1.300 and 2.800m are 84 lift complexes, 280km downhill skiing in various difficultly degrees, 180km deep snow runs, over 1000 ski instructors in 7 ski schools, kinds play land beginners slopes, fun parks, fix race tracks, speed checks and many comfortable ski huts.

Adequate fun for the snowboarders in the fun park. 26km of cross country slopes, in addition to 25km winter walking trails, natural bob track lit up in the evenings, horse drawn sleigh rides and many more winter activities.

Your ski day starts and ends at the front door (ski in/ski out)

You don't require your car, or your not depend on the ski bus. You can reach the centre of town within a few walking minutes (ca 800m). Here you can find alternative shopping options, various restaurants, bars etc..

Our house is the optimal starting point for various adventures in the Lecher mountain ranges. Relax in the pure nature of the mountainscape of Lech. Within just a few walking minutes you can reach the Lecher swimming pool, tennis courts and the golf course.
